My experience with Dr. Mathew German during my recent ER visit was very disappointing. While I was explaining my symptoms, he showed little compassion and walked out of the room before I finished speaking. In a stressful situation like an ER visit, patients deserve to feel heard and treated with empathy.
The care I received at the ER was a very positive experience for me. I definitely will recommend Aspirus.
DR Catmull claimed he examined my husband, yet he did not. He treated my husband as though he was drug seeking. We left AMA and it a good thing we did. We went to a totally different hospital at which point the doctor there started with a CT scan and noticed something off and ordered a MRI. We are so thankful that other Doctor took my husband seriously as he had a 12cm herniation in his lower back and was scheduled less than 36 hours later for surgery.
