Clean facility, very kind staff. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I worry that they need more training. The doctor told me directly that my issue was more common in men so he had no clue what to do with me, and didn't want to give me any medications because he had no clue what they would do. It also took the nurse 5-6 times to put a catheter in me, while continuously feeding the tube into my other opening. If I could give no stars I would The doctor's in the emergency department are an absolute joke highly recommend driving to any other Aspirus or Dickinson county
I broke my ankle and went to the Aspirus Iron River ER for treatment. I was in and out in around an hour! This included xrays and a temporary cast being applied to my ankle. Everyone from the kind and helpful receptionist to the doctor and nurses provided excellent care. I was so impressed and thankful for this quick and compassionate treatment.
