DR Catmull claimed he examined my husband, yet he did not. He treated my husband as though he was drug seeking. We left AMA and it a good thing we did. We went to a totally different hospital at which point the doctor there started with a CT scan and noticed something off and ordered a MRI. We are so thankful that other Doctor took my husband seriously as he had a 12cm herniation in his lower back and was scheduled less than 36 hours later for surgery. If I could give negative stars i would. ED staff were incredibly rude. I go in because even though as a chronic pain patient my back was killing me in a way im not used to. In come "Dr" Catmull. While being incredibly dismissive he then begins to project his OUD onto me and claims my pain is intensifying because i take pain meds. "Ive been down this road and was taking 5 80mg oxys a day". I recently went in to ER for a chemical burn to my eye. The Team was on it!! Had me in a room in record time and Jody the RN carefully rinsed my eye. The Dr was caring and prepared and double checked to make sure all was well. Thank You to an Amazing Team!!
