On Monday the 28th of August 2025 I had fallen very ill while camping about 20 miles from aspirus hospital. When I came Into the emergency department the receptionist was incredibly kind and patient with me as I was not able to speak many sentences together as I was very short of breath. From the time you make your appointment and arrive the staff is always very friendly and very positive. I have to give Andrew Oberlin PA- C & His entire staff a huge shout out. Very friendly, compassionate, very thorough. He truly has the best bedside manner. He actually takes the time and he listens. I'm 60 and was at the ER this weekend. I had a horrible fall and smashed my face up really badly and needed stitches and a CT scan etc... I also have numerous other health problems. They made me feel rushed and uncared for, even when I was the only patient in the ER Most of the staff was rude and I don't feel as though not all are very knowledgeable about Healthcare.
