just went to Houghton, MI Aspirus. Was there on Sat and they told me to go to Emergency at UP Health. Today they said they were to busy, make an appt. WTF. I have been with Aspirus for years and this is the kind of treatment anyone should get. UGHHH minus 20,000 is my rating.

I have been in and out of the Wausau Aspirus hospital several times since October of 2018 with heart related issues and most recently for a Defibrillator surgery. The doctors, nurses, cna's and the rest of the support staff are truly impeccable as with all the staff at the Heart and Vascular Center. I highly recommend them all !!!!!!
My husband was in ICU until his death and I was so impressed by the staff's compassion and care they gave my husband and all of the family that was with him. I would like to thank everyone in the Aspirus Hospital ICU. Also, a big Thank You to the staff at Aspirus Riverview, my husband received great care and they were very attentive to us, as family members.
From my primary Doctor, Doc. Hubbard, to Dr. Santini, and the entire staff of the clinics to the staff of Surgical Dept. in Ironwood, some the very best care I've ever received. Thank You all for ALWAYS taking such good care of me.
I took my cousin there twice now, the first time we sat in the waiting room for over an hour, finally got called back for the dr to tell her there was nothing he could do because he's never seen anything like it and it was a chronic problem. Sent a referral and never heard from them again. The second time, we went back to the room right pretty quickly, but then sat in the back room for over 2 hours before the student even came in to see her.
I want to thank the staff, nurses, cnas, etc for taking care of my sweetheart during her couple of stays. On the other hand, the ER and some of the doctors have much to be desired. Their lack of knowledge, understanding, and willingness to explain things are very poor and they are as personable as a wet paper bag.
Switched to Marshfield Clinic because of a bad first time experience at Aspirus for pregnancy. Will not be returning if at all possible and not recommending for first time moms.
My experiences with Aspirus have been Excellent. My most recent visit was the emergency room. I was admitted right away; the stitches that I needed were painless (and I'm told look great too; any scar that I might incur will be minimal); they lent me their phone and dialed it for me, so I could let my supervisor know what happened. They were very accommodating. I like Aspirus.
