Waiting an hour in the waiting room so I ask the desk lady if she thinks it will be much longer as I’m a diabetic to which she responds it will be as long as it takes. We’re busy so when they get to you they get to you. Have an injured foot and severe abscess and that’s how she talks to a patient. This isn’t a store it’s a hospital with sick people. Kelly at the front desk should be trained in customer service and learn some empathy if she hopes to work in this fiels

Came in HAVING A STROKE. Had excellent care from the ambulance ride and emt. Was admitted for test Cindy and Emily took awesome care of ive recieved incredible care including the food. The kitchen staff makes excellent food. Don,t know if you still do the daisy award but Cindy and Emily deserve one

This place may have a lot of bad reviews, but that’s what you would expect from folks who got poor care. But I have to say, that was not my experience AT ALL. I came in tonight (with a non emergency btw) about a possibly broken finger. Not only was the front service quick and kind (thanks for checking my insurance!) despite me not having seen them before, I was being seen back in the room within 5 minutes of my arrival.
