I ended up seeing Jillian Ashbeck simply because she was provider with whom I was able to get the earliest appointment when I abruptly left my previous PCP, Lindsey Reimer, over a fundamental disagreement on how to approach my health and wellness. (Long story short: she refused to prescribe or even discuss discuss birth control options with female patients. Terrible. Will NEVER go back. The after visit notes show a complete lack of compassion and empathy. Very condescending. For any LGBTQ+, do NOT go to this doctor. She even wrote in my chart that I "decided" to be gay. I am grateful I moved away from central Wisconsin and the bigotry there, especially among medical staff. If you suffer from any mental health issues, this doc will make sure you feel like garbage.
Don't bother. If she doesn't feel you meet HER standards you don't get the care you need. Highly recommend you look elsewhere.
