They have been amazing with me and my husband and our medical care. Their emergency room was wonderful when we took our mother there. She had alzheimers and really needed compassionate people who treated with extra compassion. They were all amazing. They were amazing helping me get help when I needed it to care for my mother.

Very friendly staff actually the the time to figure out what's wrong...prefer over any Marshfield clinic
Loved this clinic until their billing department tried to ruin my credit with their mistakes. Sent me a bill for my labs for $600 because the doctor used the “wrong code.” They made the mistakes in coding, then blamed me. Now, they want me to sign something that they’re “not responsible” for billing errors in their office?? I don’t think so.......If I have to sign something, then your office folks need to sign something stating that they will use the correct coding in billing!!!
I just had the best experience there with surgery on my arm that I broke a few weeks ago. Lisa my nurse in surgery was an angel and Dr. Lukes who put in the plate and 7 screws did wonderful. All the other nurses and anesthesiologist who worked on me were wonderful, but I don't remember their names. It looks and feels great. I had to go there 4 times this year, twice to ER, once for a check up, and once for surgery and all 4 times have been great.
My 5 year old daughter was in the ER for a concussion yesterday and the staff was outstanding! They made her feel calm and comfortable, they spoke to her in a manner that set her at ease so she wasn’t scared of the tests. They took the time to listen to her stories about school and math and her half birthday! They were incredibly thorough and all around amazing! Thank you!
