The reception/staff stonewall everything. You cannot talk to ANYONE because they won't help you they just tell you what they can't do and humor you by staying on the line repeating their is no one you can talk until you get mad enough to hang up. A lawsuit for medical malpractice would do this locatikn alot of good.

Awful awful place. The amount of stonewalling that goes on is ridiculous and you NEVER get your medications without a huge headache and 5-6 phone calls. I think the only reason any of the staff bother to fill prescriptions is because after a certain point they just want you to shut up and stop calling. You also have to be VERY careful with what you say because the doctors hold all the cards and they know it so if you say the wrong thing they can say "I feel our doctor patient relationship has deteriorated and I can no longer... read more
I have been under Dr. Mikonis' care since switching insurance and my mental health has gotten significantly worse. In my most recent appointment I shared I had relapsed with self harm and had to go urgent care for help with a panic attack. Dr. Mikonis believed this was "just situational" and made no changes to my medication and said see you in 2 months. Dr. Domantas Mikonis has been the worst mental health professional I have ever met. First off I was not aware that he would not actually be in the office, it was a video call. Going into this appointment, I was very anxious and nervous but knew it would be best for me if I was honest and open with him. But being vulnerable with him only lead to more pain mentally. It felt like I was being judged the whole time by him. He made very inappropriate and hurtful comments about what I was going through that really affected me. You ... read more
