Wouldn't let me make an appointment for therapy without a referral. Everyone could use therapy, why do people to need to have an another unneeded appointment. Aspirus only cares about money. Profit over people!
Rachel the "patient healthcare advocate" is criminally incompetent at her position and a disgrace to the medical profession. Wouldn't recommend especially if you are seeing the same therapist as someone you know. My therapist used information from a former friend's to chastise me and was very offended by post she was told about through that person as well. Unprofessional and extremely disappointing and a HIPPA violation.
