Michael Hoffman was our main contact with Aspirus At Home. He did a tremendous job of explaining things that were available to us through Aspirus which were very helpful in living with the handicaps that we have to deal with. He was always respectful of our needs and very responsive. He is one of those unique people who make you feel like you’ve been friends for a long time even though you just met him. He talks with his heart and it shows. Thank you for bringing him into our family’s life.

Ignores your request for an entire month and then tries to pretend everything is fine. You can find the same equipment online, covered by insurance and HSA/FSA, for a fraction of the price.

Buyers BEWARE! These guys are in the business of stealing from you! They'll reach out to you offering refills on supplies, without providing you any indication of costs for those supplies, only that they are covered. They will send those supplies and then a month later send you a bill that's astronomical and of course, as its been more than 14 days they won't let you RETURN unused items. I got a voice message from Cindy to call her back. Just called at 4pm(open until 5pm) was put on hold, got hung up on in under a minute. Redialed, was on hold again, call ended at 2:17, what kind of clown show are they running there? ***** Reviewing past google reviews, This subpar customer service has been a pattern for some years.
