I'd like to call out service tech Mike Hoffman. Over the top customer service best, fast service picking up my non-functioning power wheelchair. You never know how much you need and use something until it stops working. Make a call to their answering service on Monday night Mike called me first thing Tuesday morning and arrange to pick up my wheelchair to take back to the shop and diagnose the problem. Was constantly being told different things by different staff. There is zero communication there. Was told by one I fullfilled obligation and so now owned my equipment, then 2 months later the director there sends me an email and gives me ten days to return equipment or be charged. Was also told I could try different masks for 30 days for free to find the perfect one.
