Canceled my appointment last minute without warning Not to mention the evaluations are hours long and I rearranged multiple things in my life to make the appointment Only to get a call the day before .

These people do not answer their phones! I callee to ask questions to clarify if we owe any money after insurance. Also never received reports for either child! I have called them twice now on back to back days. Both times im instantly greeted with a voicemail and the guys sounds like he hates his job. Still no callback after over 12 hours!
