I highly recommend Aspired Living of LaGrange for care of a loved one. My Mother moved in last year and has been so happy. The team works hard to ensure the residents are happy and healthy. They provide tons of interaction opportunities and while my Mom first said she would not participate, she is now attending some of the activities. I am a new employee here at aspired and from my first interview starting with the recruiter has made me feel like i belong. Everyone has been so supportive, the managers show that they care. The residents are lovely. I enjoy the team’s effort to make the community a safe environment for the residents and great place to work. I don’t feel rushed to learn everything and that’s a plus. The community is clean and is a great place to be.
I worked here as an activities coordinator, and I absolutely loved the residents. They became like family to me, and I looked forward to seeing them every day. Unfortunately, the current memory care director has ruined everyone’s experience here, including mine. This place has spiraled out of control. Yes it’s looks very beautiful outside and inside, but the management is ridiculous. It’s a constant revolving door. There is absolutely no structure nor organization. Some of the nurses have horrible attitudes and seems as though they are not there to care for the residents. State really needs to take a close look at Aspired living of La Grange.
