Incredible studio, Beth is an amazing instructor and really works with you as much as possible. The environment is lovely, the place is extremely clean, and the schedule is super great! Would recommend to all of my friends.

Love coming here for reformer Pilates. Always feel so comfortable and Beth is the best. She takes her time helping to make sure your form is good and everyone is there just to have a good time and get in a killer workout.

Fantastic class with a fantastic instructor. Warm, calming, lots of focus on building our foundations and essentially “real” Pilates. It gave “Your cool aunt in the 90s teaching you Pilates” not “hip Lagree/cardio-lates” which was perfect because I am all about that. I spend a quarter of my year in this area so I’m slowly trying all the Pilates studios to see which will be my home away from home, and this one seems like a top contender. This is my favorite Pilates studio. It’s right down the street from my old high school. The equipment is always clean. My instructor Beth is great! 😊 I had her 2 times as an instructor. The ambiance is peaceful and zen. I like they the lights are dim. Rosalinda is also super nice! 😊 I encourage you to take one of the classes they offer. My favorite class is the reformer Pilates class. What are you waiting for? Health is wealth!
