Very disappointed with Aspire San Marcos. My daughter lived there for three years. On move out she and her mother spent a day cleaning the unit and taking pictures showing no damages. However she was charged for an allegedly missing mattress protector and damaged couch. These were paid to protect her credit report. When shown the pictures showing the mattress protector and no damage to the couch they responded that the mattress protector was a different color than the one they provided and showing missing couch cushions. I was really impressed with the aspire units and all the amenities that the place has to offer plus the proximity to campus can’t be beat. My daughter is loving it there.
Not only is the complex amazing but so is the staff.
Aspire is the best place our son has lived while in college. Everyone is so easy to work with in the office! The amenities and location are top notch and it is worth every penny!
We moved my daughter into her apartment in August. We selected these apartments due to location, you can walk everywhere and safety, which is top of my list. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are awesome, from the pool to the workout room and all the areas they have if you need a quiet room for studying. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every email I have sent has been replied to in a timely manner. She's definitely in the right place!
