I was looking to sell my manufactured home about a year ago and contacted Sandy to get an idea on its value. My home was not on a permanent foundation and sandy did all the legwork to find the original permit for when the home was first put on the lot. This is important because if a manufactured home is ever moved more than once then it is difficult to find financing for it.
