I had my first appointment here 12 days ago. The ladies in the front was very friendly and polite. The therapist i saw was a lady named Vicki and she was really sweet and friendly. I just wished I knew how to word it in a decent way to ask her to please not stare at me for long periods of time ( less then a min at a time is better for me, but at least a min or less- over that makes me self conscious and the longer the stare lasts the panic attack feeling keeps getting stronger and stronger and feel like i cant breath. Please avoid this place for your own safety. My husband is on the heart transplant list and medically fragile. Taylor, the owner, had been seeing him for several years, and has been increasingly difficult to get ahold of. She will go weeks without answering messages, no-show for appts, and miss notifications for medication refills. Because she is so challenging to get in touch with, we requested another provider at the clinic. I hadn't really had a problem other than with refills on prescriptions here and there which is normal and totally understandable. However, what is not understood is why they would make an appointment without my knowledge 2 months before I need one, never send proper notice for it or a reminder for it, and then have the audacity to charge me a cancellation fee for an appointment I never made and was never made aware of. If you have struggled reaching out for mental health treatment due to judgement, shame and all that other good stuff, call these people. From the first time I called they have been awesome and helpful. I was able to get in so quick so I didn't have time to talk myself out of it. I'm thankful I found them and for the place I'm in now due to them.
