I am so grateful we finally have a Psychiatric facility in Cass City and we are especially lucky to have 2 of the best. First, I just love the office staff. They are so kind, warm and patient. I just love chatting with them. I see Dr. Chelsea Rawe and she makes you feel really comfortable is very patient and empathetic. She listens and we work together for a plan of action. I've been waiting to see a psychiatrist for a while. I was seated in a room that was bright white with no decoration.. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE . It made me feel as if I was in an insane asylum. The receptionist and nurse were very friendly. Then I went in to speak to Chelsea.. I tried to have a normal human conversation but all she did was leaning in and staring at me and I felt as if she was speaking down to me the few times she spoke.. her tone was more of a..
