My interactions with the owners and employees of Aspire Property Management have been nothing but positive over the years. Run by long-time, upstanding members of the community, Jameson and Caleb represent everything that's great about doing business locally. Whether you're in need of a great rental property, or a reputable property management company to look after your investment, I highly recommend Aspire Property Management.
They had a rental home advertised with a $100 application fee but did not set up private appointments to view the property and said you needed to attend an open house, however they took the applicants in the order they received them and stated they would return the deposits of those that where not selected. This company is doing the right thing when so many are not, the only thing they can improve on is communicating their process on there website and in the original rental listing so there is no confusion.
