Living in Aspire Park Central is very enjoyable. The complex is clean with all the amenities you need. The community is vibrant with regular events. The management is very responsive.
We have lived here for a few months and thoroughly enjoy it. Amenities are always clean and accessible, we can’t hear every little noise from our neighbors, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Letty specifically was really wonderful during the application / move in process.
This building feels unsafe. Homeless individuals are frequently inside the property late at night, sleeping in the lobby, in the parking garage, and walking around the building. This is not occasional. It happens regularly and creates an environment that feels unsecured and unpredictable. There was also a major theft incident in the package room where approximately 20 residents had packages stolen at the same time. Lived here two years, will not be renewing my lease due to ongoing safety issues beyond the complex property. SAFETY ISSUES: unfortunately, there has been a gradual increase in "those without homes" outside the complex. They have been erecting housing on the sidewalks or just sleeping with ALL their belongings on the entire sidewalk. I have been living at Aspire Park Central for over a year, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The management company, Dinerstein Companies, runs frequent promotions and incentives to attract new residents. However, there appears to be little to no effort made to retain existing tenants beyond their first year. Long-term residents deserve some form of loyalty recognition or renewal incentive.
