Updating my review now that I’m about to move. Overall I’ve had a great experience living here for two years! The community is very quiet, we almost never hear noise from adjoining units (most noise is from the pool but that’s ok). We’ve been pleased with the quality of the units - nice appliances, nice cabinets, flooring, etc. Some poorly finished work from when the units were built but nothing problematic. I am very pleasantly surprised and impressed with how new, friendly, clean, and safe this apartment is! Everything about the application process and moving in was made easier with the availability of leasing staff (especially Destiny), and I really appreciate that I can reach out to someone when I need a work order done, have questions, etc. Destiny has really been a big help to me and I would recommend this complex for any incoming students or healthcare employees in the area!
