I absolutely love living in this community. Everyone is friendly, my unit is beautiful, Marcus and Matt in maintenance are very responsive and knowledgeable, Savy and Emily in the leasing office are the absolute best. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new spot in Nashville
Unfriendly staff. Poor customer service skills and no problem solving skills. Hidden fees and will charge you at any chance they get with absolutely zero warning. If you have a problem here, just know you will be met with completely unprofessional, hostile behavior and they won’t even settle for a compromise. As someone who has worked in customer service and extremely professional environments, this is the complete opposite and extremely unfortunate. Signed, a very disappointed resident.
