I am very disappointed with how Aspire McKinney Ranch management handled a recent noise complaint involving our apartment. I came to tour this complex but the leasing agent maddy either is new or does not care. It felt like she hates her job and getting a clear answer for basic questions was like pulling teeth out of her. She doesn’t know anything and gave me an attitude when I prompted for her to explain a bit more. If she is new, management needs to do better in training her because she is the first person that people interact with when coming to visit your complex. Homes here are spacious and beautiful, but that’s where the good ends. My upstairs neighbor smokes constantly and throws cigarette butts into my plants and yard, along with trash and colored water. Living on the first floor, I’m left cleaning up after them regularly, on top of dealing with constant noise. I’ve complained multiple times to management.
