We owe so much to Aspire. We saw Dr. Kovanci and Dr. Anaya who, unfortunately, went to other practices. We aren't sure who will do our next transfer but when I called to ask they made me feel like they'll absolutely take care of us when the time comes. The nurses are great and explained everything to us as it was going on and we felt very at ease because we were in such good hands. Overall, I do not recommend Aspire due to lack of communication and their IVF lab. After changing practices due to these issues and researching intensely, I see that Aspire as a practice is more about gaining patients (advertise lower costs than most) but less about quality of care. Their data does not look good despite some success stories (SART data is very low compared to other Houston area practices). Our first IVF experience was with them and it was horrific. The clinic is disorganized, the staff doesn’t return calls timely, they don’t care for you like your a real person, I felt like just another number... saw my doctor on the day we interviewed and never saw him again till the day we left the clinic!
The team became our family. What I loved the most is that we never felt we had a problem but rather had multiple solutions. It was amazing to have such a loving, caring, knowledgeable and responsible doctor and nurses. The facilities are amazing and you feel peace since the first moment you step in. We'll be forever grateful and we will definitely repeat the process for baby #2 at Aspire.
Very professional staff, honest & kind Dr. , very different set up than most fertility clinics. Everything listed on the web page and youtube was true and accurate.
Amazingly thorough and caring. I highly recommend going there for the best IVF care.
