A little hard to figure the hotel entrance out but a beautiful place

Last minute booking. The website pictures are definitely not what to expect when you arrive. The front desk was vacant with only a sign of staff will return. No security for hotel guests. Our room(535) has something spilled in the AC unit what it was I wanted to not think about. My blanket was stained with a number of different yellow stains. I was too tired the first night to notice and then felt gross sleeping the second night. Our refrigerator kept leaking. Office chair for the room had what looked like melted cheese. Toi... read more

The hotel was fine, large rooms which were clean and comfortable. Biggest complaint was arriving and getting a sour greeting from Kathy at the front desk. Never got a greeting or welcome, nothing about breakfast or anything else, just ID and CC and here is your room key. Fortunately the other staff members were more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was, well free and the waffles were ok but not a fan of wet eggs and hard potatoes.
