An appointment for service visit was scheduled, day of appointment contact was made and stated that insurance would not be accepted . Poor communication from this agency. They contacted another agency to assume visit without contacting me. Would not recommend this agency, if they can't get initial communication correct,they probably can't deliver adequate medical care.
