You ever stay at a random desert motel on a roadtrip with a broken pool/jacuzzi that looks like it’s been broken for 8 months? Well no need to drive Route 66, you can find that downtown at Aspire Gulch. Having said that the garage gate still holds the record for ‘most days broken’ in the past 12 months.
It’s funny to see management respond to these reviews when in actuality they don’t care and won’t fix the issues that are at hand. I used to live here and boy am I glad I moved out. Their response to the apartments falling apartment is, “you agreed to a functional apartment”. And what exactly defines that? Half broken? The building is not the issue, the management is the issue. Try reforming the management, fire those who do nothing, because profits will only last you so long in doing nothing for apartment issues.
Meisha Allen went above and beyond while touring me and my girlfriend. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insight throughout the entire tour. I was genuinely blown away by her professionalism, welcoming attitude, and the level of care she showed me as a client. Out of all the leasing agents I’ve interacted with, she truly stands out. Because of her, I decided to move forward and submit an application. I highly recommend Aspire Gulch — and even more so, I recommend working with Meisha as your leasing agent.
Pro: Location, gym quite spacious compared to other buildings in the area, nice rooftop with sun pretty much all day, Michael & Savy from the leasing office are nice. Con: - Continued issues with the water in the pool & hot tub (chemicals make your swimsuit change colors and the issue persists despite previous complaints) - Noise from highway (applies to most buildings in the area to be fair) - In-house AirBnB on the 5th floor of the building which means random tourists have access to the same amenities as regular tenants. 1. Parking gate is not reliable, and they let broken down/rarely used/nonresident cars take up most of the good spots. Shouldn't have to pay extra for ur reserved parking space. 2. The giant hot tub pool is not actually heated. It looks nice on instagram, but test it when you take a tour. Ice cold. 3. The fifth floor is a cheap airbnb/hotel. Those random people hold up the elevator and get full access to all shared spaces. 4. They like to have the noisy garbage trucks come at 2am, and the dog park is gross.
