Serious Security Issues and Poor Property Management I lived at this property for over a year, and my biggest concern was the ongoing security issues that management failed to resolve. The parking garage door was repeatedly broken for extended periods—adding up to approximately five months during my lease, sometimes remaining inoperable for a month at a time. Peyton was so helpful and kind during an urgent maintenance concern! He went out of his way to help me after hours during a holiday weekend and was so patient! So thankful for the kind people who work here.
Peyton was the best tour guide ever. Showed us many units and answered all of my questions. He even stayed 40 minutes after closing to accommodate my roommate and I’s work schedule.
Everyone in the leasing office was very helpful, especially Matt and Meisha. Moving in was very easy, and they were very responsive throughout the leasing and move in process. The location is great, the apartments are beautiful, and I’m happy I chose to live here!
Living here has been great! The leasing office team is always friendly and helpful!! I would definitely recommend this community to others!
