I was expecting great things from Aspire and I am not one to write this loosely. During my well women’s exam I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. 30 minutes of that was waiting in a gown in the treatment room. Then my appointment was rushed and not very comprehensive. There were signs everywhere about how patients could only ask certain questions during well women’s exams. And then I was later overcharged for services and am having to work with insurance to get them corrected. Once again I really wanted to like them ... read more
Highly recommend! I had a Women’s Wellness visit scheduled originally with a provider, but her kiddo was sick so she had to go home, but they got me in with a different provider same day. The medical assistant taking my medical history was very kind and sweet. During my exam, I did have to get all the girly things checked and my provider was INCREDIBLY communicative and kind. The most important thing to me was I was not pressured or looked down upon for not wanting to be put on birth control, like past providers.
