I've had back and knee problems for over a decade. It's given me ample opportunities to visit several Physical Therapy providers in the Harrisburg and Lancaster areas. Aspire Fit has been the first to make me feel like I'm not wasting my time. By far Aspire Fit has been the best of these experiences. Everyone is attentive, engaged, and available to make sure that as a patient, I get the most out of my time there. If you are looking for a place to work hard, and get better, this group should be your first stop. Thanks!
My husband just had his second visit at Aspire Fit with Justin. What a great group of Dr.s and physical therapists. I would highly recommend this group to anyone who needs physical therapy or personal training!
