I am writing this review to thank ALL of the kind, caring and compassionate team members at Aspire Fertility who helped us on our fertility journey. We came to Aspire having already completed several fertility treatments at another clinic and feeling disheartened by the lack of success. I got a referral from my OBGYN and friend who did IVF with them for fertility journey. This is the worst medical clinic for communications and billing I've ever worked with. 1. 45 min late for initial consultation: I understand some sessions might run longer for doctors, but 45 min late was unacceptable. I mean, patients get charged for late fees or cancellations - why don't we charge doctors for coming late? Wow. I had my first appointment with Dr. Deborah Ikhena-Abel today. I am so impressed and grateful that I found her/Aspire. Everyone my husband and I encountered was absolutely lovely, from the front desk staff to the nurses and everyone in-between.
