Absolutely the worst experience. Horrible coordination and completely mismanaged care. They missed my medication THREE times, which caused a full month delay because I had to wait until my next cycle. In fertility treatment, timing is everything — and they acted like it was no big deal. They push you to use the Prelude app for communication, but it takes 10 days to get a response to basic questions. Ten days. When you’re dealing with time-sensitive medication. Very happy with my IVF experience here. All of the doctors and nurses I've interacted with have been warm and caring. Even the anesthesiologist and IVF lab members who I met on retrieval day seemed to really love their jobs. I'm a happy patient - thank you!!
I had a great experience with this clinic. Very kind and caring team. The fertility journey is always a stressful one but I never felt that my concerns were being dismissed, and I always felt listened to. I am surprised to see these negative reviews as my experience was very positive!
Easily the worst service possible. Highly recommended not using them, unless you want incompetent workers handling your situation.
I am writing this review to thank ALL of the kind, caring and compassionate team members at Aspire Fertility who helped us on our fertility journey. We came to Aspire having already completed several fertility treatments at another clinic and feeling disheartened by the lack of success.
