UPDATE: I've come back to change my review. I'm giving this place 4 stars. Aspire IS GREAT. I've been on the fertility journey for 3 years now, with two different offices. And having going through IVF for the past 5 months. Every office is different and everyone has different experiences along their journey. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! WORST CLINIC EVER !!!! Absolutely THE WORST CLINIC ! I wonder what background check they do or how they recruit their admin staff - they made my experience absolutely unbearable. I have Insurance through Maven & the clinic will state initially that they will follow the procedure as is expected , but they ended up billing everything to me. I held off on writing a review for awhile now. I'm currently three years into fertility work with two different offices. The first one, a great one, Texas Fertility Center (TFC), wasn't covered by my insurance so I had to leave for IVF. Coincidently, I happen to move to north Austin, and found this office because it was closest to my home and takes my insurance. Absolutely the worst experience. Horrible coordination and completely mismanaged care. They missed my medication THREE times, which caused a full month delay because I had to wait until my next cycle. In fertility treatment, timing is everything — and they acted like it was no big deal. They push you to use the Prelude app for communication, but it takes 10 days to get a response to basic questions. Ten days. When you’re dealing with time-sensitive medication.
