They billed me and my insurance for a service never rendered in October. Then I went ahead and got this service done since they had already charged and billed me for it and I needed the service anyway. They charged me again when I came for the prepaid test and now I am going back and forth with them currently standing in their office. The billing team says they will call the office, the office says they will call billing- this game of back and forth has been going on for about two months now. It has been very difficult trying to get a call back from this place to schedule. My doctor sent a referral in and I have called multiple times only to be told they sent it over to the clinical team. I guess we will be going somewhere else.
