Dr. Wu And his clinical team have been nothing but super patient, nice and supportive throughout our fertility journey. They ensure that they are doing numerous tests and procedures to help us have a successful pregnancy whether that is through an IUI or IVF. I had a consultation a few years ago to just introduce myself, since that's all that it was. The initial consultation is very fluff and no real substance, which is why they first told me the cost would apply towards my next appointment. which now I know is a cash grab. Especially if you are self-pay patient like myself. I reached out to follow up and schedule my initial testing again, and they stated that I would now be considered a new patient, and would now need to pay another consultation fee of $250.
