The staff was extremely kind but the doctors were a nightmare. They made too many mistakes to count but the coup de grâce was they wasted a whole $2,500 vial of donor sperm and did not fertilize one egg with it! Didn’t offer $1 of compensation and no explanation! I would have had better odds blowing money at the casino at least I might have walked away with something!
They don't answer phone calls or return voicemails. Unfortunately, not a good sign when you're trying to reach them.
