I am so disappointed in Aspire Dental Group! I have a been a patient for years. I am in terrible pain due to a broken tooth that needs a root canal. I waited 2 weeks (in pain) just to get the tooth looked at!! Now I have another 2 weeks before they can work on it! Nobody should have to sit in pain for over a month!! I can’t eat, I can’t sleep, and I have a terrible taste in my mouth which scares me that I have an infection. I used to love Dr. McNair, but not enough to suffer like this. If you have pain and need a root canal.. good luck! You’ll be lucky to get an appt in 2 weeks!! I’ve been a patient for over 10 years, spending thousands.. only to have to wait 2 weeks just to get my tooth looked at!! Then another 2 weeks for a $3,000 root canal/crown! I’m sitting here in pain. I can’t eat and I have a horrible taste in my mouth. It’s ruining my time at my new job because I am so miserable. They are always so bus. Horrible chairside manner, incorrect billing procedures, rude customer service, does not listen to patient or family members and he chipped my daughter's tooth. More than happy to share details if interested.😑Not sure how this man is still in business.
Charged me 700$ to work on one tooth and he knew i needed a root canal not a filing. After I got out of chair he stated to me in his arrogant manner 50 50 chance you might need root canal. When I went to pay the bill was almost $1000.00 dollars with X-ray and charge for office visit. From the X-ray I seen afterwards at another dentist it was clear I needed root canal. Just watched your infomercial on TV unbelievable if I didn't know any better I would think that that's a real dental place just telling people do your homework before you go to these hacks
Michael and his staff are exceptional. They are gentle, professional, thorough, and caring. I highly recommend.
