Called Aspire and asked if it would be fine to take my computer in to be looked at. Arrived and spoke about the issues, but he made it quite clear he wasn’t interested. Tried to charge me over $200 before walking away after he had told me he was able to look over it free of charge over the phone 2 days prior to my arrival. I personally wouldn’t recommend this service due to poor customer service and total ignorance.

I called up wanting a laptop sorted out. I was able to drop the device in after hours and collect within a couple of days. Good personalised service.
Worst possible experience imagined, worst people and genuinely the rudest I’ve ever been treated in a place of business. I called up simply to enquire about the sale of a brand new GPU as they are a computer store only for them to passively aggressively berate me and then call me stupid. I would never recommend this horrible store to anyone. I suggest if you are seeking to get anything fixed or deal with anything go elsewhere.
