I've been using Aspire for over 2 years now. I suffer from severe anxiety and Courtney has been one of the few people who can talk me off a ledge and help me calm down, putting everything into perspective.
Why does it take so long to get an appointment? Very disappointed.
We contacted Aspire over a month ago. We set up our insurance and created an account for our daughter to begin therapy. Despite having made several appointments, they have all been cancelled by Aspire. (Once it was was as late as two and a half hours before our scheduled appointment and then a no-show from them this morning. We were there, but the door was locked. My older two kids started coming here about a year ago, now just my oldest comes, they both have seen Nick and have had a great experience! He's a great counselor for kiddos, hes very patient when they are having a day where they dont want to come! Their office is very warm and welcoming as well! Would definitely recommend checking them out
I started here around mid October of last year. I had a bad falling out with a friend and Kelly was able to help me through it and helped me recover from it. Overall I've had a great experience here! From Cheri the receptionist being welcome when you come in to Kelly making sure your okay.
