A horrible place to work, bad communication, they won’t give me my pto and fired me because they couldn’t find me work due to limitation from a car accident
Reposting this review again since they took it down: applied here, was told i had the job, went to orientation, even got 2 of their company shirts so i could start that same week, filled out everything during orientation like all my personal info, and then waited weeks (kept calling during those weeks and they kept saying they were just figuring out schedules) and never got paid for the orientation i went to. Aspire is a wonderful company I receive great care staff respond very quickly they really make you feel important at the Salem Oregon office they take your needs and concerns very serious and have always made me feel safe and important
