I closed on my new home about a month ago, I worked with Lawrence and Bernadette. Lawrence was GREAT, very responsive and was great at communicating and answering any and all questions I had, so the 2 stars are not for him as it would be a pleasure to work with Lawrence again. Bernadette was very hard to get in contact with and seemed very dismissive to any questions I had, she hardly ever reached out to give me a status on my loan and I rarely got any updates if I did not reach out first. Lived there for two years. Gates are constantly not working. HOA fees are high. Bylaws not enforced. HOA does nothing about barking dogs, unleashed dogs. Dog poop on the sidewalks. Total ghetto. So glad to have moved.
Gabriella was able to deliver me fast service and answers to my questions. There was never a time she had to get back to me. She gave me information right away and got me sent in the right direction.
