Michelle is now permanently closed without any notification to her current patients. If you call her VM it will refers you to another provider. Very disappointing.

I scheduled and appointment well over a week before Jan 2, 2023, but was called the morning of my appointment and was told that they had made an error and needed to send me paperwork to be filed out before I could come in and because I was not an existing patient that I would need to be rescheduled. I was frustrated, but asked how soon I could be put back on and was met with attitude and answers that gave no indication of another appointment. I am an attorney with almost 40 years of practice and have handled divorces for a number of patients of Michelle’s. Every one of them has been more than happy with the services provided by her. Obviously, going through a divorce is challenging to anyone’s mental health but, having Michele in their corner helps them deal with the anxiety as well as other issues that come up in a divorce setting. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I've been a patient of Michelle's for 7 years and have always been happy. In the last 1-2 years things have gone into free fall with her and her practice. Her staff hardly ever answers the phone and it can take days to return phone calls. There have been times I've left 3 or 4 messages and still don't hear anything back. On top of that, I've been having my scripts mailed to me for over 2 years because her office is to far away for me to get to her to pick them up. Was easy to schedule appointment with her. My first meeting with her went normal with her asking me a bunch of questions and just meeting me that one time she decided that we should go down on my dosage of medication. But with my experience with anxiety and depression and having just moved to a new state and living on my own I felt that was not a such a good idea.
