I’ve been touring several apartments in the Live Oak area, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst first impressions I’ve had. I’m not one to leave negative reviews AT ALL, but this experience genuinely stood out. The first time I visited, all the employees were gathered in a back room. When I walked up after being acknowledged, one of the agents looked visibly annoyed and told me, “you can wait out there,” with noticeable attitude despite me having just walked in moments before.
