I am so pleased with the service I received when I went to tour the apartments. Sarah was exceptional, friendly, informative, and so helpful throughout the whole process. I felt very welcomed and the property is beautiful! 5/5 and so excited!
I’ve been touring several apartments in the Live Oak area, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst first impressions I’ve had. I’m not one to leave negative reviews AT ALL, but this experience genuinely stood out. The first time I visited, all the employees were gathered in a back room. When I walked up after being acknowledged, one of the agents looked visibly annoyed and told me, “you can wait out there,” with noticeable attitude despite me having just walked in moments before. I lived in this complex for 2 yrs. I've never had any personal issues up until I moved out in February 2026. But before I get into that. I will say that the complex has very thin walls. You can hear everything from your neighbors. I lived on the second floor and I could constantly hear everything from my neighbors above me. Walking through the community, I noticed extremely loud music coming from a unit in Building 3 that carries throughout the area. I really feel for the residents nearby who have to live with that on a daily basis. I also saw some aggressive behavior near vehicles in the parking lot, which raises safety concerns. Additional security measures like cameras and better enforcement would go a long way. The property looks nice, but the overall living experience does not match the price.
