I wouldn’t recommend these apartments. They’re advertised as luxurious, but living there was anything but. The walls were incredibly thin, allowing you to hear downstairs neighbors slamming drawers and doors as if they were in the same room. The music was loud, constant, and even shook the floor from below. To top it off, there were bug issues inside the unit, which only added to the frustration. I’m not sure why they have 4 stars because this Apartment Complex is FAR from 4 stars. Nothing “Luxurious” about these apts. staff is horrible with communication and responding to emails/phone calls. I do not recommend this complex. Do not let the “4 stars” fool you. I’m currently a resident here and have had the worst experience here so far. Turn around, DO NOT choose this apt. Complex!!!
Awesome customer service and the apartment unit and complex is well clean and so friendly. They have event for the complex community which is amazing & this place just makes feel you like you’re HOME.
I just so happened to be driving by and decided to stop in, and I’m really glad I did. Shasha greeted me right away and was super professional and helpful from the jump. She took the time to explain the whole moving process, showed me around, and helped make the transition into my new apartment quick and easy. Sasha was very helpful, polite, and professional with leasing an apartment. She found the exact apartment that I was looking for. She answers any questions that I may have. Maintenance is very prompt with response and repairs. The complex is kept very clean. Thank you Sasha and Santi.
