Car broken into. Homeless allowed in common areas as entrances are left open all day. Hopeless getting coffee and swimming. Trash dumpsters are a Las Vegas code violation with mattresses and even like heating and cooling equipment the trash company is obviously not going to take. It is left there for months. Never again. This place has been hands down one of my favorite apartments to live in Vegas! Location is great near a lot of stores and also it’s super clean place, and I love how fast and responsive the property management team is when you need assistance with maintenance. I would definitely recommend others to live here.
I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management has been responsive and professional any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and I really appreciate how secure and peaceful the environment feels. My unit was move-in ready, and I love the layout and natural lighting. Would like to leave a quick review on my experience as a resident here for the past six months. This has to be one of the best communities I’ve ever lived in! The property and the amenities, everything is just so beautiful! I love living here! Daisy, Krystal, David, and Bree are awesome: always available and ready to assist in any way possible.This is such a great community and I am very happy to call Aspire@Echelon home ☺️☺️
