After months of thinking this over, I finally feel ready to write this. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Aspire has been, by far, the most backwards and unprofessional place I’ve ever had the misfortune of living in. I lived here for a few years, and initially, things were great. At this price point the building should be kept in better condition. The common areas should be kept in better condition for units as high as $3227. Trash overflowing and dirty grills and dirty counters and a non functional television are among the most obvious.
Despite challenges at move in, the office staff kept a positive attitude and tried to help us. Maintenance and cleaning staff work hard to keep the building functional and tidy. Good amenities and lost of good restaurants in walking distance.
