Aspire Apartments has completely destroyed our ability to buy a home because of their careless and unacceptable handling of our final payment. We made the payment required to leave the property, yet Aspire deliberately—or at the very least negligently—failed to cash or properly process it. They're watering the grass while it rains despite current watering restrictions
Not even able to schedule a tours despite calling multiple times all day. If they can’t even be bothered to answer a call for prospective residents, I can only imagine how bad their service would be for actual residents.
Power surge took out the building power. When it came back on multiple outlets were fried and signaling failure. When I called the 24 hour emergency maintenance number, they submitted a work order and told me to just wait until I hear from the maintenance techs. When I explained that ruined outlets pose a fire risk, they advised to just call 911 if a fire starts before I hear from maintenance. They couldnt provide any ETA or anything else.
