Despite challenges at move in, the office staff kept a positive attitude and tried to help us. Maintenance and cleaning staff work hard to keep the building functional and tidy. Good amenities and lost of good restaurants in walking distance.

Loved my 2 years here. Great locality and apartments. No compliants. Building management is great and solves every issue within <1 day. No issues with car parking as well. Would highly recommend.
My son and his family applied for a unit. Upon visiting to tour the unit were told that the tenants were staying month to month. They were offered a higher priced unit. Oh and that special for 1 month free can't have that because unit not available until the 8th and you gotta move in by the 1st. This sounds like the 60's when black people were discriminated against. Whether purposeful or incidental this is what's call housing abuse under the Fair Housing Act.
Shania is a GEM. She spent countless HOURS guiding me through the process and technology needed to process my application. She made sure that I understood everything I needed to do in order to complete the process. She was extremely helpful by guiding me through each step and making sure that I knew what was needed. She is certainly an extraordinary employee.
