Been at the property since 2020. As every apartment living, it has its ups and downs (theft, loud neighbors, smokers, etc.) However, the newest and best treat has been our new manager Liz. She has listened, addressed and resolved every issue. I have so much respect towards her in the short time she has been here and look forward to continuing residence bc of it. We absolutely love it here. The staff could not be more accommodating and the grounds and apartment are beautiful. Maintenance is professional, courteous and always done in a timely manner. The office is also professional and courteous. Best apartment I have ever lived in.
I’m giving this property 2 stars. One star is for the apartment itself, which is decent, and the other is for the maintenance team, who are generally responsive and timely. Unfortunately, there are many ongoing issues. The building often smells like smoke and weed, inside and out. Many residents do not pick up after their dogs, and trash is frequently left around the property.
