I’ve had 3 procedures with DR. Giesberg; all 3 times she was great; made sure to thoroughly explain everything; had great communication leading up to the procedures; and had great follow up communication Highly recommend
The doctor was professional and clearly focused on patient safety and comfort. Aspire ( Hiko- the patient coordinator) etiquette was exemplary: organized, courteous, and respectful of my time. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. I would confidently recommend their services.
Dr Giesberg is everything you could want in a doctor. She is kind and warm and infinitely patient. She goes through everything with you very clearly and precisely, so that you feel comfortable before having the procedure. She asks detailed questions and addresses any concerns you might have. She monitors you like a hawk throughout every second you are under with tons of different monitors. Dr. Giesberg was contracted to work my all-on-4 surgery. Payment was due in advance and that was provided—several thousand $$$. We met on the day of surgery. Per my dentist, everything went according to plan when I awoke from the surgery. Dr. Giesberg was still there, packing up her gear, and she did not report any issues to me. Sometime after the surgery, we received a text from her office stating the estimated time for the procedure had been underestimated (by them) and thus more money was due.
