Love the people there, just wish it was easier to call a certain office. I needed to change my appointment for this next week, and it showed online that the Chandler office open, but when I called, it said office was closed... 😞
When I got to my appointment, they wanted an additional $2500. Surprise! I had to leave without getting treatment and now I have to do it all over again - Impossible to get anyone on the phone either.
I saw Monica Burns, PA-C, MPAS for a food allergy test but she didn’t really help and did not know how. I ended up going to a different place and I figured out in one visit. I do not recommend this place.
I reviewed the schedule sent to the patients on June 14th. June 17th through the 21st shows the office for shots and clinic open on Wednesday. Here I am sitting at home after a trip to the office and it's closed. Why the hell do you do that. This place is absolutely so undependable!! If the serum is treated like their office hours I really worry about that. If you go there, good luck.
Their billing department is horrible! They just sent me a bill and we haven't been there since September of last year! I paid my deductible on site and now this new bill is over $300! I called the number from the text they keep sending me and have been on hold for 30 minutes each time. I called my insurance company and they tried calling multiple times just to be on hold for more than 30 minutes!
