It's unfortunate to see the allergy shot staff changes over time and truly miss the staff prior to the move as the current ones are not friendly and condescending. I was told to not fill out the gdoc shot check-in sheet unless I am physically in the office, even though I had submitted it in my car at 7:55am ish as I got here early and had to wait for them to open at 8am. I would avoid Aspire allergy if possible. I have had so much trouble with my treatments. They are constatly changing what hours and days they are open. Their doctors show up late, and they billed me for procedures which I didn't authorize. Trying to get anything fixed through their billing department is next to impossible. The only reason it isn't a 1 star review is because the treatments do work, and technicians who work at the clinic are friendly.
Everyone was very helpful and kind there. Very glad I didn’t listen to negative reviews. They were very thorough with the exam and seemed to care.
