Kyle was very straightforward and explained everything in detail. Answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with him.
I typically don’t leave reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience. When I received a text message asking me to leave a review, it stated, “You saw Kyle today.” That was not accurate—I’ve been to this practice three times and have only seen Kyle once. From the start, communication has been extremely poor. Once you leave the office, it becomes nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone or receive a call back.
