Carmel indiana aspire health too damn many tel numbers. No wonder you can't keep Psychiatrists
I love coming here, it’s the best primary care experience I’ve ever had. Christine never rushes me through my appointments, she actually listens to what I have to say and answers any questions I have. I always leave feeling heard and helped. Any time I miss an appointment they get me in the next day or sometimes later that same day, and they’re really understanding when that happens, I’ve never had an issue with scheduling. I suggest this place to anyone for simple, effective, primary care.
I was a patient with Aspire Health Indiana Carmel with Nurse Practitioner M/S Cynthia Wilson. M/S Wilson was treating me for depression/anxiety. MS. Wilson with the help of her physician Dr. Jerry Sheward MD. got a court order against me for emergency detention. The complaint was worsening dementia and secondary paranoia also aggression towards my wife. NONE OF IT IS TRUE. I am not M/S Wilson’s patient for dementia and never has been. This place is completely improved on management and everything here, the intake process took about 2 1/2 hours, but it was definitely worth it because I had to do computer work first and then I had to do the pre-intake and then the actual intake, but I would highly recommend going here. I used to go back here in 2018 and it was great then but the management was not wonderful there. I’ve tried to make an appointment multiple times for the past few months, even sending emails and no one has reached out to me. My therapist has been helpful, when I’ve been lucky enough to schedule an appointment. However, it’s just the staff that has been unresponsive. Providing therapy access and scheduling competency for patients should be top priority and desperately needs improved.
