We had a 2 car wide blacktop driveway installed in October 2016 by Asphalt Specialists of White Plains MD, within a few months there were several divots visible on one side. No vehicles were left in the driveway for long periods of time so not sure what caused this other than base they used. I first called them in September 2017 to inquire about the 1 year warranty that was included because I wanted these divots filled in so I could seal the driveway.
