Poor Communication, Wasted Our Time We waited in line for nearly 25 minutes, only to finally reach the front and discover there are only 2 carts available — both of which had already been taken long before we ever got there. Have bought landscaping stone, rocks and mulch over the years. Recommend them highly.
This place is amazing... Tons of gravel options and once you know what you're supposed to do, everything went insanely smooth! My only complaint... was that I had zero idea what to do and there are zero instructions anywhere. I texted them to see if I could just come down or if I needed to schedule an appointment for pickup. Called to ask about gravel for a rv parking spot. They recommended using crushed 3/4 minus as that’s what most people use for the application. I ordered 2 truckloads of that for $2k. The gravel they dropped was round and not crushed so it doesn’t lock together. The rv and vehicles sink in this. It’s tough to walk in and you can’t roll a mower or garbage cans over it. I tried using a compactor and that did nothing. Waste of time and money and now need to pay someone to remove and bring in the correct rock.
Most of the staff are okay to work with. There is however one individual there that, if she is the one that is helping you, you might as well leave and come back when she's not there. The most difficult person I've ever had to deal with, EVER. I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN, EVER!
