I was highly disappointed!! My apartment had problems every other week. Even though they come and quick fix some issues, the issue always arises soon again. They were very rude to my concerns even when it came to mold that was growing through the ceiling.
I was highly disappointed!! My apartment had problems every other week. Even though they come and quick fix some issues, the issue always arises soon again. They were very rude to my concerns even when it came to mold that was growing through the ceiling.
Very disappointing! When I moved in there were many problems with my place. The list I created was slowly addressed. The maintance guy had a very horrible attitude. Management has a very nonchalant attitude! However, the place is enjoyable and the price is dirt cheap! There is a lot of loitering going on and we heard 9 gunshots after the first night! I recently heard gunfire a week after the first showdown!
the apartments look ok but the tenants are not held responsible for care and maintenance of their apt. the manager seems to have an anything goes attitude. thats scary when considering living there.once while visiting there, kids had set up a basketball goal in the parkin g lot. my car was hit twice. when i reported it to the manager she told me it was private property and my insurance would have to be responsible for any damages to my vehicle. i asked what kind of standards the apt. complex have if people could just set up ... read more
