Didn’t have them landscape. Was just driving and their truck cut in front of me and gravel were streaming out of the back of their truck and bouncing off pavement and hitting all the cars behind them. Not cool that a landscaping company that frequently uses gravel has trucks that aren’t capable of responsibly transporting it.
Aspenwood Landscape rerouted an underground drainpipe that was not draining correctly and water was creating a skating rink of ice leading to my front porch in winer months. I was not at home the day of the work and they sent me 2 videos showing and explaining what they did. I so appreciated being able to see what was done and it gave me a great understanding of how it was fixed.
REFUSED TO RETURN $2,000 DEPOSIT AFTER DELAYING START FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. They took our $2,000 deposit in April of 2024. Told us the job would be done in June, then July, then August. We cancelled the job in the last few days of August 2024 when they still hadn't planned a start date with us. They refused to return our deposit - stating they had already purchased materials, which was strange, considering we hadn't even chosen our materials yet. AVOID.
