I moved in November of 2023. Overall the apartment is pretty decent. I thankfully have not had an issue with roaches but I haven't been here through the summer if that changes I will update. I was very happy with maintenance handling my hot water heater going out so quickly. They were able to get me a new water heater the next day I was only without hot water for about a day and a half maybe. My biggest issue is with my downstairs neighbors the guy is always yelling even at 2:00 a.m. he'll be outside yelling he even pretende... read more
The worst place to live
Living at Edge at Fitzsimons I didn't have any problems management overall was good but the Assistant Manager Gina is the Best she help you with your problems if she can if not she will try and find a resolution her personality is wonderful she made my move there easy I have no complaints about her If she was my landlord I think I wouldn't move we need people in our lives like her to be understanding because moving and trying to find a place to stay is hard Thank you Gina
