Application & lease signing was extremely easy for that I thank them! HOWEVER, these people moved me into a unit that wasn’t cleaned, dead bugs EVERYWHERE! & I mean EVERYWHERE! I’m day 2 in & let’s just say I’m already on the list for pest control but why’d you move me into a unit with roaches after I paid 3,000+ to move in? I’m sad, mad, all the above! This place is too pretty to be bug infested & on my 2nd day? I hate it here alreadyyyyyy
Since moving in one month ago…. I spent 2 weeks without a working dryer, and I am still waiting to have a functioning oven. The property refused to accept my ESA documents from my doctor and would only accept a specific form that was created by the apartment complex itself—a completely unnecessary and legally unfounded requirement.
Very nice community. The customer service is pretty good. Ramon, the maintenance technician is very kind and very professional.
