I warned my friends this company was bad. They don't even appear to be open anymore. They don't answer the phone anymore.
How nice of Aspen Air to close their shop and leave all their customers hanging. Nice customer service.
They cancelled on us 4 times and then showed up the day after they had called to cancel again! Disrespectful service up front. I hope they didn't spread dust and mold throughout our entire house when they did finally provided their service via a Groupon deal. Totally disappointed. Will use Pronto for all my needs in the future. Sorry Aspen Air. You blew it!
Why would anybody ever go to them to get their air ducts cleaned! They do a horrible horrible job! There employees are sooo lazy and do not care AT ALL about doing a thorough job so that you actually get what you pay for... I actually just had a customer come into my work the other day, and we got to talking, next thing I know she starts talking about how she had some company come out to do there furnace and duct cleaning.. she said it was the worst cleaning that she had ever had done in her life!
