If I could leave no stars I would. First, Olden or whatever his name is gave me the wrong pricing information on a unit and told me he made a mistake AFTER I submitted my application. I then asked for a refund of my deposit and to get out of the whole deal and he said they couldn’t do it. I told him because it’s his mistake I should be refunded!! I wish there was a way to give "0" stars! The place is full of mold and my doctor certified that I was having a reaction to mold. The maintenance guy, Jose cut into my bathroom wall- (see pictures) and I lived like that for 6 months without finishing the job. My neighbor in building 4 had her own mold inspection completed and there was mold and she provided me with a copy of that mold report. I coughed from the moment I moved in until the moment I moved out and now I am fine. The pet urine test is a joke when you move ou... read more

I vacated the apartment on Dec 17, 202 and terminated lease agreement from Dec 31, 2020. However, I am still getting the bills for electricity and gas. When I contacted the electricity and gas companies, I was told that they should get a communication from leasing office to transfer the services from my name to their name. There is absolutely no one in this leasing office that cares about the tenants once you move out.
I was renting an apartment for 2 years. Initially, I worked with Emily Jones, who is phenomenal and very courteous. The maintenance staff is great, and Bobby is always ready to help. However, new office staff is extremely rude and act as if they are obliging the tenants and prospective tenants. My interaction while terminating the rental agreements with the new leasing office staff was far from professional. It was rude.
